On occasion, we accept projects using clients’ existing stones, depending on the type and condition of the stone. Please include several photos and details about the stones in your submission form. Note, we do not assume liability for these items.

While we work with all recycled gold, we do not accept client’s gold scrap for repurposing. As a service we do offer scrapping to our clients. Here you will receive 90% of the wholesale value of gold. This money can be applied as a credit towards your custom project.

Yes, clients can provide their own stone for stock pieces. However, we do not accept all stones and a $150 adjustment fee is required if the setting requires adjustment. Original stone price will be deducted from the setting total.

All sales are final. We offer a full site credit for up to 30 days on stock pieces only.

Custom projects typically take a minimum of two months from start to finish. Timelines and steps vary depending on the complexity and details of your piece.

We process orders as they are received. Stock pieces have a faster turn-around than custom pieces. We ship via UPS, Fedex and Macla-Amit.
